About Peace Weaver:
Peace Weaver is an wholistic evolutionary lifestyle artist.
She views ART as transformative healing that occurs
when body/mind/soul are in unity.
ART takes many forms - and a healhy being balances a variety of daily activities
including - spiritual practice, physical body movement, material goods production,
conscious mental expansion. To do so is to live as a wholistic artist.
Peace Weaver promotes wholistic artistry - as a lifestyle.
She firmly believes that all beings are evolving in this direction
towards the day where we all become living examples of creator. . . ARTISTS.

She was raised in New York State within a hardworking, educated, family.
She completed a B.A. in Philosophy at Stanford University in 3 years, and then,
completed a course of study in Clothing and Textiles at Cornell University.
In her early 20's she embarked on her bohemian/sadu like/yogini lifestyle
and changed her name to Peace.
In Eugene Oregon, she developed her own weaving technique
using ancient nomadic tools -- weaving tablets -- and
added the last name of: Weaver.
In Woodstock, New York, Peace Weaver received enormous encouragement
for her music, and merged with the collective vision of the Peace Train -
A main part of her life's work.
Peace is currently living in Asheville, NC - raising two boys,
doing her part to evolve her sphere of consciousness.
As a holistic artist - her work develops in several areas simultaneously
Her main efforts include:
teaching fiber arts classes
developing a hand weaving cooperative/business with her signature technique
bringing her musical work to the public
yoga & hula hooping
promoting peace and weaving it together
